Last year, I created an album on my Facebook called “Here I roam” with photos of interesting things that I come across while walking in the city. The album has close to 200 photos now but I trim it down so it doesn’t get too overwhelming to load. What’s interesting to me is that I remember all the moments leading up to taking the photos; I can tell you a story with each photo. I think by collecting these photos and sharing them, I am telling you a story of why I love Toronto. I hope to continue adding this album for times to come.

On repeat:
John Craigie – All Through Montana

“So I stare north now into what must be Canada, with tears in my eyes as the wind rocks my brain. A man can only not know so much before he realizes he doesn’t know one goddamn thing”

I get all giddy when postcards show up in my mailbox. Currently I pin them all up on my fridge, but in the coming month when I’m moving to a new place, my fridge will not be magnetized (*sniff*). But then I just thought of a new way to store my postcards, like those old school library index card drawers. Yes, I want one of these!
