Today is Saturday
Dear Toronto,
This afternoon I was planning to go to Roncesvalles to run some errands. Coincidentally, I found out through blogto.com that Roncesvalles was having a huge neighbourhood yard sale from 9am-3pm. Many houses in the area were to put out stuff in their front yard for sale. Perfect timing! I went to Alternative Grounds on the way for a latte and bagel. Lovely place. I also decided to explore the neighbourhood a little more. I picked a street and walked south towards Queen St. I chose Sorauren Avenue because it sounded nice and turns out that’s where I fell in love. I came across a beautiful brick warehouse which is now turned into a residential building. I can see myself living there. Then out of the blue there was a building fenced inside a large empty field. The building was marked with grafitti and pigeons were flying out of the broken windows. I climbed over the fence easily and took a few pictures. As I was standing in the field looking at the building, it just kind of hit me that I love you.
The rest of my day was just as awesome. I checked out a few art galleries, saw a documentary on babies, and now I’m going to a concert (and apparently a poetry reading). Heart. I never want to stop getting to know you and this is how I want to love you.
Love,

Slow beats
Dear blog.
I’ve been a little short on energy these past few days due to unforeseen illness. Will resume activity when I manage not to fall asleep at 8:30pm every night. Say hi to everyone for me.
Sincerely,
thirtyonekm
